Amanda Adams (she/they) is a multi-disciplinary artist and podcaster (Beyond the Studio - A Podcast for Artists) based out of Baltimore, MD. She earned her BFA in Photography and Bookmaking from the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she started Close Call Studio and has been exploring new ways of creating art ever since. Close Call Studio is a fiber art, photo, video, and illustration business started in 2012 that creates work designed to bring playfulness, joy and humor with a focus on sustainability and the use of recycled materials.
